The conflation of HTTP based Linked Data (Hyperdata Linking within Intranets or Extranets or Internet via World Wide Web), Linked Open Data (public Hyperdata Linking e.g. LOD Cloud), HTTP and World Wide Web (HTTP URIs are not unique to World Wide Web), is becoming mega-problematic.
